Rude and very difficult to work with. Was looking to try Minoxidil tablets after being dissatisfied with the topicals. Ro replied that I had to see a doctor and they would not prescribe the treatment. Ummm, okay. I’m completely healthy. Zero clinical signs other than the hair loss, normal body weight. Not taking other medications. I found this really strange, then I thought I saw the problem. I accidentally selected I was male, when I am female (the pictures I sent showed I was female and the ID sent showed I was female). I went into my profile to correct this, but the system doesn’t allow for that change. So I re-did a new profile with all the same information, but with the correct gender, then I resubmitted my request. The response I got back was so rude and almost angry. I was accused of making a new profile to essentially con the system. WTF. In the end, I filled my script so very easily through Alloy. I would’ve saved so much time and trouble if I would’ve gone through them in the first place. I do not recommend Ro at all.

Love this company! There are many Tele Health companies but this one is far above them all. They are completely upfront with their cost of membership and that prescriptions are extra, but there are only a few Tele Health companies who offer Eli Lilly Direct and that was a huge deciding factor for me as I did not want to take a medication from a compound pharmacy. The company provides so much helpful information on getting started on a new healthy journey and is so informative and educational. The company is a legit company. It’s your choice where you decide to go for Tele Health assistance for a prescription and medication, but if you want to waste your money on compound medications that are not FDA approved go for it but if you want a reputable company who has access to Eli Lilly direct the manufacturer of Zepbound this is the Tele Health company for you! I am so blessed to have chosen them for my weight loss journey!

I formerly used Zealthy to receive my GLP-1, and the professionalism and overall help was not easily accessible like it is with Ro. My experience with Ro has just been phenomenal and I wish I would have switched to Ro so much sooner!

Complete Bait and switch. The membership cost is separate from the prescription cost. They are no cheaper than my local pharmacy. In fact they cost more. I also hate that they make you pay for the subscription before disclosing the prescription cost. I was led to believe the script cost was 145, but that's just the charge for them to talk to you about the medication.

R/o is incredibly supportive and informative on your journey. They offer communities, chats, and wonderful access to doctors.
