My experience with Ro was fast, efficient, reasonable, and predictable. It was refreshing to experience, quality, service, consistency, and value in a Mail order situation. I had tried a different company that was from a sketchy foreign country and my credit card company called me about it. I’m glad I found Ro. I was able to get namebrand product at a reasonable price quickly. I am very pleased.

2nd time meds have been delivered to the wrong address. 1 was returned to my address, 2nd is still not found.

Extremely poor Customer Service. Ro shipped medication at their whim without prior notification, at a time when I knew I would not be home in Florida to take it indoors. When shipping medication that is perishable, Ro should confirm that the recipient is able to accept the shipment. Ro's care team is not a team; it's whoever is available and there is no consistency. I was unable to speak to anyone and there is no CHAT available. The Zepbound medication was shipped overnight. However, I was told that I would receive 5.0 mg and the shipment confirmation stated it would be 2.5 mg so I canceled the order. A refund was promptly issued.

Quick and responsive had my prescription in minutes not days like other sites.
