Professional and quick to respond. Yet to start medication

I have been using Ro to buy Eli Lilly Zepbound vials for about 4 months. I have found their app very easy to use, I am prompted to fill out a questionnaire at the appropriate time and I always get my next month of medication about two weeks before I need it. This reliability is kind of rare with online pharmacy services.Also, I’m having much better results weight loss-wise than I did previously using a compounded version of the drug. Eli Lilly is also subsidising somehow so that as I go up in dose, I am now taking 12.5 mg, the amount I pay each month does not change. I’m finding this company extremely reliable.

The prompt responses from real doctors. Availability of medication

I feel like the pricing is very unclear. It said tirzepatide for $145/mo. I got started and got the bloodwork. Then they sent me the message saying I can choose my meds. The meds are ON TOP of the $145/mo. That’s apparently a membership fee. I wish their pricing was more clear.

So far, I've used Ro for two products. The first I 6 to 9 months and saw no improvement. Disappointing, but the service was fine and I got the autoshipments in a timely manner. I started a different prescription medication. It works as advertised and has shipped well. I am very happy with this one. The prescribing physician has been reachable and informative. Loved that. I wish the first supplement had worked, but not everything does. Will keep using Ro for the second and may consider other products in the future.
