I used the free "check Insurance" button that said I had coverage for GLP-1, then the website asked me to sign up for "$100 off" membership for the first month, which I did. The MD sent a questionnaire, "approved" me for treatment, then got a message saying "we are checking your medication benefits" a few hours later they tell me my insurance doesn't cover it but I can pay $199 for a month supply (in addition to the $145 a month to be a member) the trick is if cash pay the cost shoots up to $349-399 (depending on dosing) so for a whopping $500 per month, which doesn't guarantee any results, a commerically insured patient can get help losing weight. Sad is that medicaid pays for this medication. So I am paying $12000 a year for employer sponsored insurance, plus high taxes paying medicaid and I can't even get what a medicaid patient gets. Then I was misled by this company into signing up bc "congrats you have coverage". I lost $45 today, for nothing. That could've gone to groceries or gas. They refuse to refund my $45.

What’s made my experience great I’m 47. I have tried everything from the salt trick to the the gummy‘s everything for over the past two years I just keep gaining weight. I could look at food and gain 10 pounds exercising eating right everything so I finally decided to Jump in with both feet. I don’t like needles at all, but I said OK. Let’s do this so far this has been my second week I am in total all of everything. The fact that I could ask a question and get a response immediately the fact that if I need to call I can and get help the fact if I just wanna ask a question. I have that ability to go in my phone and do that And the best thing overall is that I get a response. I don’t get a response in an hour and three days, I get a response immediately. also, this is the first thing in 2 1/2 years that has worked. I have paid money. I have been unsatisfied. I am not the one to send anything back. I just keep and keep trying. Tomorrow will be the day and yes, it is finally has arrived for me. I am. I’m excited. I’m excited to see what three months gives me. I’m excited to see what six months gives me I’m just so grateful that I finally found something that works for me.

This was an easy process and it was quick to get approved and I got my medication really quickly. Which means I’m that much closer to my goal, whereas before with other providers I felt unheard and brushed off. I’m ready to get back to my best version of myself and Ro is a huge part of why I can.

This company scams people. I joined because the marketing seemed like you paid for visit and medication. Wrong. You pay money to send your information to a fake doctor who pretends to try to work with your insurance to get approval for the medication. I signed up late at night like 10:00 p.m. and got a message that they called my insurance company already and was working with them to get approved. I got a message an hour later closer to midnight that they couldn't get approval and that I could pay them for compounded GLP one. I don't know any insurance company that is open at midnight and I don't know any doctors working at that time to try to obtain Prior authorization. I paid this money for absolutely nothing to happen and had to cancel so that it didn't charge my card again. The reviews here are from paid actors. Do not trust RO.

The side-effects were not nearly as bad as what I experienced with other weight loss injections. I will try your injections again, if I am allowed.

Placed my order Nov. 16, 2025. My card was charged and it's now Dec. 8, 2025 and I have received nothing!

Service is terrible. It's impossible to get a real human either on the phone, or chat. They shipped me a defective pen, and forwarded me to the pharmacy that is a different company. The pharmacy forwarded me to Novo who I had 20 min conversation with then the call got disconnected and now I can't get ahold of anyone. It's a terrible service.
