It's very convenient to do everything online the membership fee is reasonable. The company is very helpful with the insurance company. The medication is very straight forward now hassle for the application.

They'll bill you and not provide any medication

The product is great. The shipping was fast. My only problem was that membership fee. I felt like I was being double dipped.

Good product and ease of online use.

After months of review, so happy I selected Ro to assist me with my weight lost after insurance plan would not cover weight loss medications. The website is user friendly and super informative, both written and video formats. Ro was extremely thorough in asking you to enter past/current medical history questions and current medications. Ro communicates well via email and text to provide next steps. You receive a Ro MD's review of your submitted information before a medication is prescribed. Shipment from Eli Lilly's pharmacy to my home was quick and expertly packaged. It's also been easy to log my progress, read very helpful articles and FAQ section. Looking forward to where my Ro journey takes me. Selecting Ro was the right decision.
