Update on Ro response. The pricing doesn't ( FEEL) not transparent it ISN'T transparent. One of the questions is do you have insurance so if I say NO you aren't helping me with insurance now are you? NO! Not very transparent. $45 to start the membership. $200 for the med a month and thats fine. After you sign up THEN they tell you monthly membership is $150 a month in addition to your med not the $45 you signed up with. Then when you cancel membership 2 hours later they keep the membership fee. So they stole $45 from me. Just know a tennis star being paid to do a commercial does NOT mean the company is reputable or honest.

How they charge fees is confusing - or simply misleading. They get your attention with the monthly fee- what they do NOT make clear are the extra monthly charge. CANCEL

I’ve tried a few in-person programs for GLP1’s. While I had some success, I couldn’t sustain it, mostly due to the cost. Those places were compounding their own GLP’s. With Ro, you’re getting the name brand. You know exactly what you’re paying for the drug and what you’re paying for their services/membership. I’ve checked a lot of places out and Ro is the best value. They were also shockingly fast! I signed up late Sunday night and had the product on Wednesday!

Why do appointments take four weeks? I needed to reschedule and already two week out appointment and then the next availability is another two weeks in to next year? I can’t get a hold of anybody. The app doesn’t let me reschedule nor does the website. I have to message the doctor and they didn’t even reschedule it after they acknowledged and then they said I missed the appointment. There are so many technical issues with the website and the app. You can’t even really get support everything is guarded so you don’t submit an issue. I literally need to leave this brand now out of necessity, it’s not even a choice. This company went completely south. Bad business.

They charge a $145 dollar month fee. That's besides the couple hundred dollar medication. The vial they send has very little in it, supposedly it is a months worth and I only got two and a half shots. TOTAL RIP OFF. BUYER BEWARE.

Ro was the best GLP-1 company to work with! All other online and in-person providers wanted me to take additional steps before getting the prescription. The process was quick and easy.
