They operate on the billing you and sometimes with nothing in return. They have billed me before where a prior authorization took over more than a month, and billed me again when they didnt do anything but call the insurance once. My insurance canceled my item on my formulary and apparently ro.co thinks its worth one full month of billing to make one call or check an online insurance portal. Talk about money first and customer second.

So far my experience with RO has been great and I can’t wait to receive my medication and start my journey, it has been a long time since I been able to do certain things in life and doing this process is goin to be life changing for me and my family

Like many I was deceived during the application process. I was ok with the $45 registration. I was ok with the cost of the medication. But I was not ok for the $145 "MEMBERSHIP" fee every month on top of the medication cost. I never used the any of the so called services from the membership. The doctor that prescribed the meds have an ethical responsibility to answer questions related to the medication. I would have preferred they just add the $145 on top of the medication price because there really is no value in the $145 membership fee to me. I canceled immediately....I really felt scammed.

After being denied coverage from my insurance company, I was pleased at the variety of selections for GLP-1's that Ro offered as well as the ease of use, and quick responses during the enrollment process. I cannot wait to start my weight loss journey with Ro!

The questions where pretty decent. It did not take long to fill everything out. The response time was incredibly fast.

I was following the online process for weight loss medication. For some reason, I was unable to upload my photo. An error message resulted every time and I gave up. The following day there was a charge from Ro on the card I had set up for medication. There website is impossible to use to get assistance - literally sends you in circles. I was able to cancel and doubt I'll have any luck getting refund.
