After making the $45 payment upfront , I saw that the provider is reviewing for extra testing. There was no upfront indication of this or the cost. When I checked to cancel , it showed there was no membership. Wth was I charged for? I’m contacting my bank about these scammers…

Delivery took forever and the pill does absolutely nothing and it cost me a fortune between the medicine and the membership! Huge waste of money

Yesterday was simply the final straw... The doctor did not show up for an appt... I do not have my meds... NO ONE at Ro was available till TODAY for chat- On one explained nor apologized for doc not showing up... They have charged my card for monthly fees DESPITE not having been able to talk to a provider in over 8 weeks... There simply has to be a better option, with CS that will be accessible- UPDATE- then Ro has the NERVE to question on Trust Pilot whether I am a REAL CLIENT! I have EVERY BIT OF IT DOCUMENTED.... Yes Ro, I AM A REAL CLIENT... Yes, your provider did NOT show up for a scheduled appointment ... I could not get ahold of anyone at Ro via chat till the next day ... PRIOR month, out of the clear blue sky, somehow a glitch at Ro caused my acct to get cancelled. In both of the above incidents *and more* Ro EVENTUALLY admitted their mistakes IN WRITING. I can not believe on top of ALL my time wasted with your horrible CS that you would add insult to injury and ask me to waste MORE OF MY TIME to prove I am a real Ro client- All you have to do is look at the CS chain at YOUR company's site... You did not need to ask me to waste MORE of my time to prove I was a real client...I am sure the only reason you questioned it was to try and get my TrustPilot review taken down... I don't take time to write negative reviews- I try and work with a company but this time, Ro's CS was SO egregious, I felt compelled to write this to warn others

The experience so far has been exceptional. The communication is excellent and so is the quickness in responses from the team.

Anybody who charges maintenance fees beware I was charged over $450 and three months and never once got medication Weather you get the product or not They’re still going to charge you I was being charged $130 a month and I never received anything. Never once did I get medication I ended up getting a coupon from Eli Lilly and then using Amazon and it was very hasslefree Maintenance fees are a scam any pharmacy who charges a subscription fee is where they make their money

Ro is a lifesaver after losing my insurance and not being able to afford my medication I was approved so I could continue my journey of weight loss. Glp meds are effective if you follow the instructions and ro provides you with everything you need to know and everything you need to do in order to get the results you want. Ro is easy to use and easy to access. At first I thought it was a scam but I was willing to risk it and I'm glad I did because its not only legit but super cheap compared to buying straight from the manufacturer.

It was not complicated at all to get on Ro's page and answer the questions. The price was great and the service was outstanding. I received the medicine in 2 days. A while back I had ordered some from a different company and I would never go back to that one after experiencing RO. Thank You RO!
