my 3rd month shipment was delivered by FedEx into a snowbank 100 feet from my front door. The medication was covered by our service department when they plowed the street. Two days later I realized that the package was out there in the road-salt bank in 10degree weather. I didnt' feel comfortable shooting myself with potentially frozen medication so I requested that a new batch be sent out. "RO" said they were sorry for the inconvenience, but would do nothing about it except charge me another $349 to send out another batch. I refused to pay and cancelled my account. Bad customer service.

After taking my $199 and $145 they send me an EMPTY vial! I contact support immediately and after days of my missed dosage, taking my money, multiple emails and messages including photos showing the empty vial and how I use the needle to dispense the dosage etc., they tell me to try again and close the ticket! I also submitted a complaint to the BBB. This is a SCAM

Dishonest regarding pricing and fees. They try to hide the true cost within their fine print. I would not ever order from this crooked company. Go with someone else to get GLP-1 or other meds.

I signed up with RO because they advertised GLP-1 medication for $49 for the first month, then $149/month after. Sounds reasonable, right? Nope. After paying the $49 upfront, you’re forced to complete a long questionnaire only to then be told the real cost is $199/month for the medication PLUS a $149/month membership fee. That is nowhere near what was advertised. I cancelled my membership within an hour, and guess what? The $49 is non-refundable—even though I never received anything. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: lure people in with low pricing, then reveal the real (much higher) cost after they’ve already paid. Completely dishonest and misleading. I genuinely hope this company ends up facing a class action lawsuit, and yes, I will be reporting this to the FTC. Consumers deserve transparency, not tricks. Avoid this company

I was confident that I could successfully and safely do my injections and that I would be able to get advice if I had any side effects to help me manage them. I love that the company has a good amount of choices and that the doctor ultimately decided the right choice for you and gives the reasons why this product is the right choice for you. Everything came securely and safely packaged. Everything that I needed to use for the injection process was included in the package. The instructions come with written and pictures. The entire process from beginning the journey with survey questions to the actual arrival of my package was just as they promised it would be. I plan to update this review as I get deeper into my weight loss journey. My wish is to loose 25 pounds and have better control over my cholesterol.

Sent Rx right away which was great. I cancelled my plan on 1/12/26 and got a cancellation email and yet I was charged again on 1/22/26. No one seems to be able to help at customer service. Have to go through credit card to get a refund. Total scam. Don’t do this unless you want to spend hours dealing with them

UPDATE- meds have been withheld Rx 01/17/26 to ensure ro.com could charge my account $145 still have NOT received meds as of 01/30. THEY HAVE CHARGED $145 TO MY CC. Ro, was easy to start UNTIL the pharmacy sent my 1st Rx w/ (1) empty injection. Simple RIGHT??!! NO contacted ro. Only for them to send message that they do NOT directly deal w/ issue with meds, THEN be told pharmacy only has 8:00- 4:00 NO EVENINGS NO WEEKENDS NO EMAILS after Ro takes your $$$. Then I was told ask for early refill did that was approved only to receive messages saying still under review… Plus it’s $145 for nothing much I haven’t received any dietary counseling.
