I started zepbound 3 months ago with a goal to lose 30 pounds. After the 3rd month they wouldn’t let me increase the dose. I was overcharged the first and second months ( I paid $399 +$149 for 2.5 mg, then $499 + $149 for 5 mg, then $449+$149 for 7.5). The 7.5 mg finally worked and I lost 5 lbs. then they would let me increase. Of course, I can get in anywhere so I cancelled.

Ro Health is absolutely terrible. They will charge your card as much as they can, many time for fictitious orders. Then, you will NEVER be able to speak with a person. Their products are “ok” at best and are expensive. Any positive reviews you read are AI generated, don’t believe them. I’m a real person and I can tell you this site sucks.

Worst experience ever, all customer service is AI, no real people. They promises 149 a month weight loss then after 3 months you must increase your dose, then the price goes to 349 a month. They tell you that after they rob you of a 45.00 membership fee. You cancel and they keep your 45$ fee. No refunds. don't bother.

I decided to go with Ro because of their price point. I was originally told $149 a month but first month was only $45 but I had to pay that upfront before they proceed. Then the bait and switch happens and now my payment is $300 a month. I said no and want my $45 refunded. They refuse to reimburse because that is the cost to have my medical records looked at by a so-called nurse who I was suppose to talk to via Zoom and when I asked her if her only goal is to up my price, I was not interested. She quickly stopped the zoom. Stay away from them unless you are ok being deceived by salesman tactics.

So far so good. I haven't received my first meds yet, but the initial experience has been pleasant. Very courteous texters!

Making the decision to go on a GLP one medications should not be taken lightly and not without advice. I found everything I needed to make the right decisions and the provider was able to provide the proper medication based on my needs
