I went through the process of enrolling in the role program for weight loss and the process was fairly easy on the website however, you don’t learn until later on when you’re beginning to pay for the program that it’s $145 a month for their membership, but then they charge you separately for the medication’s so on all their monthly charged is gonna be substantially higher than $145 advertised so I discontinued my enrollment and will look elsewhere for less deceptive advertising

This company takes funds quickly. My shipment was delayed, then cancelled due to UPS error, am waiting again and cannot message them for an update even though another bot is asking me how my treatment is going! I don't have a "treatment" to update because the first one never got here and the second one was considered a "refill" even though I never got the first one! I do not recommend at this point. Communication is dismal and that is being kind.

Not a good experience at all, 1st the pricing is deceptive, $145 / month for them to ask you a few questions about how youre feeling, $199 per month for the shots, $45 for initial account set up. THEN after two months, no supplies showed up but charged "subscription fee" . When I asked about supplies they said I needed to go back through the prescreening phase for missing 4 day rotation. Canceled.

This company is a scam. They charge you $45 before they give any information. They say that it is refundable but when you ask you get the same round about answer: I'd like to apologize for any frustration you may have experienced here. Terrible. Multiple sets of Wegovy pens leaking from the needle, delays and a ton of finger pointing. Don’t waste your time or money.
