I paid the 45$ for the first month promotion and thought it would be fine. Five minutes later you all sent through another request for 99$ more. How is the first month 45$ but you all are asking for the full amount minus a dollar. Very misleading

This was one of the most misleading and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any service. From day one, I was told the medication would cost around $69. That was completely inaccurate. With the required membership and all the added costs, I ended up paying close to $600 per month. That’s not a small difference; that’s a completely different reality than what was promised. After 3 months and thousands of dollars spent, I got virtually zero results. The medication only seemed to work for about one week, then completely stopped having any noticeable effect. Whether this is due to poor quality, improper handling, inconsistent dosing, or lack of proper guidance, I don’t know — but that’s exactly the problem. There was no accountability, no clear answers, and no results. This felt like a bait-and-switch from the start. Overpromised, underdelivered, and extremely overpriced for what you actually get. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before signing up. In my experience, this was a complete waste of time and money.

The application was so easy to go through, and you feel comfortable answering the questions honestly. There's no one to make you feel bad or uncomfortable about your weight and why you need the assistance of the medication.

I just received the vile of semaglutide and it was almost empty. The needle didn’t even reach the medication. Since there’s no way to talk to anyone I have sent them an email asking for an explanation.

I was blown away by the support that Ro offers from the beginning to now. A real MD views your request and is the one to sign off on the prescription. Tutorials are led by an actual MD, and they provide real oversight.
