So far so good. Not only do I use Ro for weight loss benefits but I've used Ro for skincare products as well. I am very satisfied with both experiences. Weight loss benefits are going quite well, and my skin care feels and looks much healthier and beautiful. Lastly, I am very pleased with the Ro membership, too. Keep up the great work as you continue to guide us towards living a healthier, beautiful, and satisfying life. : )

Quick and painless, as it should be. I was looking for a “known name”, and not wanting to be scammed by a fly by night outfit. My wife will be doing it next.

Refills and shipping are not reliable. I must go multiple days without my medication because it was not shipped on time. The response from ro.co can be summarized by: we are busy/high demand for product/and we only work on weekends. They were not sympathetic to the needs of completely running out of a medication. I am a self pay patient, and at over $400 per month I expect better service.

Seriously the worst company to try to work with. I got denied for something that wasn’t even true and it was ridiculous. Unless you have a high profile they won’t do business with you. What a joke of a company. Utterly worthless.

I was looking for a Wegovy alternative to not going through insurance. Results were it was a quick money grab. $5 to pay to get approved then you find out the fees of the program are separate from the medication. Company approves you in minutes and then has a no refund policy. Don’t get duped! It’s only $5 but how many people fall for this. Quick money to boost their bottom line.
