I use RO for weight loss and unfortunately ED. If I have a question, they get back to me faster than most doctor's offices. They constantly track possible side effects and make decisions from there. They also take your input into consideration. The GLP compounded..I've lost 35 lbs.

No way to contact your, no phone number and I read to pay monthly for the injection and your charge me the complete 6month $674. And said first give $39 and they going to refund to me in 1 week and I didn’t have my refund.

No transparency
No transparency. I was under the impression that I could try the drop under a 30 day fee trial. I was even given a date next month I would be charged $149. On the transaction screen it said charged today $0.00. On Jun 11 $149. During my telehealth visit the doctor said he name, and in 45 seconds explained the drug, side effects, and shipping. Not one time did she mention billing or tell me i would be charged as soon as she disconnected the call. She was cold, rushed, and offered no follow up. As soon as she disconnected the call my card was charged $199. Never was it ever mentioned i would be charged. I did cancel they did refund. It was not easy contacting anybody. I did not appreciate this experience one bit.

They advertise for zep bound pen
They advertise for zep bound pen. So I paid$145 to find out, YOU DON'T GET A CHOICE! after going thru their process, after being approved, I had 2 choices. Neither were what I wanted. No prefilled zepbound was offered!! False advertising. Yeah, you'll get approved for a compounded version, who knows what's in the compounded version. I don't want to have to fill a needle then stick it into me every week, not even knowing what's in it! IF, JUST IF, you got to pick what med you wanted, might be ok. So, I went bk to my GP, and got the script from him. Pre filled zepbound, not compounded. They shouldn't advertise for products they don't offer you.

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Treatment options can vary based on factors like eligibility, availability, and insurance coverage, which may affect what medications are offered.
We also want to clarify that we offer FDA-approved GLP-1 medications and have direct integrations with the manufacturers of both Wegovy and Zepbound to help expand access to these treatments. Please reach out to [email protected] for any additional assistance.

You were not upfront about your fees
You were not upfront about your fees. You should fully disclose what the total monthly fees before you ask for any information. I consider this deceptive practices. When you ask for medical information you need follow up questions. Such as “Have you had gallbladder disease?” The next questions needs to be about treatment. In my case I would have said my gallbladder was removed 50 years ago so no longer an Issue. The same with kidney disease. I had a kidney stone 30 years ago. I fixed problem by changing diet. Also need questions for people who are currently taking weight medication like what dose are you currently on. The doctor did ask that question but I almost didnt sign up because of these issues.
