Their pricing lacks transparency, with costs that aren't fully disclosed upfront and a pattern of price increases that aren't clearly communicated to existing customers. For a company positioning itself as accessible healthcare, the gap between their marketing and the actual cost experience is significant. I DO NOT recommend them.

It was fast and very helpful with getting me approved for medication

Communication is great on tracking progress. I was able to request the medication quickly. Although, I am still waiting on the deliver, the process was quick.
