still neutral since I just got the program today and I read and followed instructions and mind you i just started .The shot at first I thought it would hurt but Did not and I even wondered if I was injected or not but I was.So it's only been like 3 1/2 hours and I don't feel like I'm been like impacted by it yet. I had a craveing for some red beans and rice for supper as usual and eat as usual so I'm waitng to feel it kick in ok.
