I was honestly skeptical about ro since I had to pay a membership fee AND the medicine but now im so happy I did its absolutely worth it especially since questions come up and concerns and having someone promptly answer and follow up is absolutely necessary especially if taking these type of meds is new to you im very happy I chose ro for this

Seemless experience so far using the website or app. I have used other direct to consumer apps and they are too complicated. Ro makes it easy to navigate and understand.

The web site was a little hard for me to access I had to get out and restart it

It was good except for presuming I have mental health issues because I take anxiety medication. My doctor gave it to me for worry. I have had it for years. I’m also on a statin drug for cholesterol and I have blood pressure medication. The form didn’t give me a chance to write that down.
