Everything went smooth and great. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. Service was fast despite being warned it could take up to 3 days. I was a little surprised at the monthly “body” membership fee on top of med costs. I thought it would be a one time cost.

I love that I could sign up without going to a doctors office. Doing it all on my phone was pretty easy. Lots of questions but didn’t take too long. The confusing and disappointing thing is while signing up there was a choice to buy multiple months at a discount but when it came to choosing my medication, that discounted price was not an option. Very thorough communication during the sign up and after.
