I appreciate the ability to answer questions that help tailor products to my needs. I’m not familiar with this company yet; I’m new, so as I’m going through my journey, my experience is young but in time I’m hoping I will have more insight under my belt using this tool and have a better grasp of how I can best leverage it. I’m hoping my customer service needs will be available to me either by person or by site content.

Great service experiecne and user friendly

So confusing between price and subscription they offer a price in my case /$79 month but I end up paying $149 plus the subscription! So it sound like a scam at the end and the publicity offers one thing and deliver something completely different make sure you understand everything otherwise will be feeling like me completely scammed , you guys need to show real prices and show what’s the real cost avoiding hidden moves and fake offers.

I guess the only issue I have was I didn’t understand that there was a monthly membership in addition to the medication. My bad for not reading the fine print.

They were very helpful with my situation, responded promptly, and fixed the issue quickly. I really appreciated their assistance.
