Ro has a long questionnaire where the patient’s honest answers give them guidance to provide the best service, i. e., weight loss medication. Their customer service is prompt, in the event that you have any issues like side effects. There have been no surprise charges to date. I was extremely hesitant to start this program, but happy that I did. I will stay with the program as long as I am able, and feel that it will be successful.

Nickel and dime all day. Charging a full year worth of cost, then up'ing said cost when medication changes. Monthly subscription fee (charged for all 12 months) PLUS monthly medication fee (charged for all 12 months). Limited ways to contact the company. I still have yet to find a phone number. Only a generic email address and online form.

Beware, very misleading in ads says weight loss meds as low as 149 that’s just for monthly membership. This does not include $299 a month for the medication. This is not told until later when you pay the $149 non refundable. Such a scam.
