It was a stress free experience. You just have to answer a few questions and take pictures of your hair. I filled out the info at 10pm and within a couple of hours I had chatted with a doctor to answer some follow up questions and was approved for treatment. My prescription arrived a few days later. They kept in touch with me along the way to let me know when my prescription would arrive. I'm extremely happy with RO.

I felt deceived!! It says $39 the first month but it is only the membership!! You have to pay also the medication the same day which is $150 the lowest, which makes up to $190 just the first month. Then you have to pay $150 for the membership subscription which is basically the prescription and another $150 for the medication that is going to increase in price and dosis time to time. Ro has all the right to ask for that, but they have to inform better from the very beginning and not deceiving customers to pay $190 when the advertising says only $39. I asked for a reimbursement, but also that is so difficult to figure out. I sent an email but I have not heard back . I know they are not going to refund the $39 membership money but the $149.99 that I didn’t plan to pay!!!!
