Very quick and simple

I feel good about starting this product. Questions were asked about my health. And then approved. Everything went very smoothly.

I am not pleased with RO. I prepaid for the year. Over 1k, and so far have not lost any weight, I am still hungry and gained 10 lbs since starting the injections. I understand that I can not get a refund so decided to change the medication. I am not able to speak to anyone about this and today I found that not only was I charged the 1k but some how they are now charging me monthly as well??? WHAT IN THE NAME OF SERENA WILLIAMS IS GOING ON HERE???
