I have just started with the company. I have not received my product, but up to this point the service and communication has been excellent - quick responses, very professional and great education.

I love RO and how helpful and they work hard at what they do.

Fast and easy way to get your health in check. Very professional NPs and over all amazing customer service. The process is seamless.

They waived my $39 fee. The insurance concierge was able to get my Ozempic approved and I had a zero co-pay couldn’t be more happy with their service.

Don’t get fooled about the $35 first month free deal. It’s a “membership fee” without even signing up! In other words, if you even want to look into their program, you have to pay. Once I realized I had to pay a one year charge up front for their best offer I cancelled. And that cost me $35?! Total ripoff. Much better offers out there!

Communication was excellent and the time it took to get approved was quick.

I was told I would pay $39.00 up front for the membership then a short while after I paid $149.00 for 30 day supply of pills and every month I would pay $149.00 for a month supply but yet I was charged another &149.00 for the membership and was told it was $149.00 every month for the membership this was not I was told this is now would cost me $298.00 a month coming up almost $1200.00 for 4 month I do not like being lied to if I knew this I would of never paid the $39.00 for membership and I would not have paid $149.00 for the pills if i knew I would have to pay for the membership every month not very happy with this what do you think about this??????
