Fast, Easy and Supportive Telehealth Experience with Ro
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ro so far. The entire process was simple, straightforward, and easy to use from beginning to end. I applied on Sunday at 9:04 p.m., and by 9:24 p.m. I had already been contacted by a physician. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly the process moved. By Monday morning, my physician had emailed me with a personalized care plan, clear instructions on what to expect and encouraged me to reach out with any questions or concerns at any time. Knowing that kind of ongoing support is available has been incredibly reassuring. For anyone wondering about the timeline, my prescription has been in the processing stage since Monday afternoon, so I haven’t received it yet. My order status currently shows “In Process,” and once processing is complete, it will be shipped overnight. I thought that information might be helpful for anyone wondering what to expect. The communication has been excellent, and I’ve felt supported throughout the process. The platform is organized, convenient and made what initially felt overwhelming much easier.
