Very happy with how quickly they got back to you. Could improve with the whole membership cost is separate from the Rx. I also don't like you choose your plan before even knowing if you are approved. UPDATE I wound up having severe stomach issues while taking. They didn't start until I was 6 days in. Could not take it. They were very helpful in cancelling my subscription and prescription going forward. I am uping my review by a star for their responsiveness and caring for me.

Very robotic and informal, I get the feeling the email sent outlining the treatment is a mass generated email blast. No transparency on where the medication is coming from, no transparency on what is actually in the medication. Alarming. The marketing material is extremely misleading.

Communication has been difficult and delayed. There has been no collaboration with the physician, instead, they prescribed what they wanted and I was billed without dialogue. I wanted a lower dose then what I was billed for.

I lost 5 pounds the very first day. I ate what I wanted, the price is perfect for my income. I am just barely able to make the monthly payments but I can and it is worth it.
