Service wonderful. Program misleading
The service is wonderful. All stakeholders get back to me within a reasonable time frame. The overall platform is very intuitive and just easy to navigate. However, I do feel the program is misleading. There was no disclaimer at the beginning of the membership of how the pricing was split into two categories (medication and membership). There is no transparency on how the price jumps drastically. It feels very bait and switch. Not a good look for the company.
