This service relies on predatory marketing. They present an offer that looks like a great discount, but it actually locks you into a completely different, high-cost plan. Once they have your $300, customer service refuses to issue a refund and cites their fine print. Avoid this deceptive subscription trap. EDIT: now they want my phone number to verify my "experience"? They can already do that with my name. My review stays at one star, when you log into their website it appears as a one page questionnaire which is when they advertised the "discounted" payment option. Even if their billing is clearly stated somewhere, I should still be able to CANCEL and get a REFUND if it wasn't something I wanted, which they would NOT let me do. I had to file a dispute with my credit card.

Was simple to get started but thorough! Very pleased.

The sign up was easy and the meds were conveniently delivered. My second delivery, which should have lasted 4 weeks, was due to expire in 2 weeks. I did not notice this date, so I injected an expired version and got really sick. The help they offered was to drink a lot of water, which was making me nauseous. Things got worse and I was in real discomfort. I decided to quit after about 2 months. My cancellation date is more that 30 days old and I am still waiting for my refund.

I gained weight while on the wegovy pill. Doing my monthly check in, I addressed this. The reponse " great, you've been approved for a refill" . I do not believe there are Healthcare providers reading any comments or addressing concerns. Also, if when you have a message from a "provider" they email and text you. When they charge your credit card, they do not email or text. As they only offer refunds within a very limited time of the credit card charge, you are unlikely to catch the charge in time. This is another weight loss scam.

If you like to be lied to and your money stolen this is that site. They charged me $39 for the first month so they said but when I got approved for the medication they wanted close to another $200 for a total of $232.00 to start. It’s all a lie. They stole money from me and refuse to give me my $39 back and won’t give me meds cause I won’t pay the additional $192.00. Beware.
