So responsive!

I was after getting this prescription with my doctor with the insurance company. I was having a very hard time and going to round circles trying to get this approved and now they were able to do it in a couple hours after I created my account within a couple hours I had already the approval the next day. I already have the medicine no running around they got it approved something that my doctor couldn’t do like I said I’ve been chasing my tail for months going after this prescription and no luck but here they took care of it immediately.

Good communication and customer service

It was quick, but very mis leading with pricing. I wa sunder the impression that the $39 at the beginning was for one month of meds and it wasn’t. They wanted another $299 for meds. Be sure to make this clear to customers in the future please.

It's ok that my insurance doesn't cover this, BUT, it IS covered under HSA's and FSA's, yet RO can't get the billing or invoicing correct so my FSA credit card won't work, AND THE FSA WON'T REIMBURSE ME BECAUSE THE INVOICES DON'T INCLUDE THE DOCTOR INFORMATION OR MEDICATION NAME!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Went to my local doctor and pharmacy and my FSA card worked just fine. RO IS A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!!
