The process is not complicated, user-friendly, and is fast.

They lied about pricing. The have hidden fees with "appointments", membership fees and upcharge you once your card is on file. They gave me the wrong dose of medication and which was $349. I specifically asked for the dosage that was $199. You literally can not get ahold of anyone in their billing department and they use AI bots on line. They do not offer refunds of any kind. I sent the doctor an image of the medication I was on and what dosage I wanted. That was completely ignored. I will not trust or use this company again. I rather just pay $350 to $400 to my local pharmacy and not deal with the hidden fees and lack of communication. I would end up spending over $500 a month if I continued Ro.

Very easy to navigate the process and everything happened in the same day. I love how responsive they are and able to answer questions. The cost is made clear as well as the subscription details. You are able to cancel at any time.

I think it was false advertisement their company. I was supposed to have gotten my first dose before you took out the $199 you were only supposed to take out $39 to get me started and I haven't even got my first injection yet and you've done taken $39 plus $199 and that was not the way it was supposed to be so I consider that as false advertisement I can't give a good comment on something like that

I signed up for Wegovey for $74.00 a month for 12 months and RO charged me a 39.00 deposit which I paid. Then 2 hours later they took another 199.00 out of my account. I immediately sent an email asking not to ship me anything until we resolved this. The shipped pens and have yet to hear back from them. I will be canceling once I get in touch with someone.
