I feel I wasn’t fully informed about what I was paying for when I paid for my membership! I followed all instructions and was expecting to receive the medicine soon now it says I gotta pay more to get it!

I did like it cause it was easy to apply for and it seemed like it asked some good questions and everything. The only thing I didn’t like was I thought the first prescription 30 days was $39 and it did charge me that but then it turned around charge me $149 more so I’m not sure what that’s about. I am a little confused.

Hi Dickie - Ro has 2 separate charges: 1. The Ro Body Membership and 2. Your medication fee (varies based upon your choice treatment). I believe that may be the source of confusion here.
