Too many steps. And I seriously doubt any of the liquid made it into my leg at the injection point. I will try again in 7 days just in case I'm wrong, but to swap out the needles, tighten the needles, swab pieces, click things, check there are no air bubbles (!!!!!!!), then try to inject the formula???? I became extremely frustrated following the steps. It shouldn't be this challenging.

What a scam !!!!! How can Williams let herself be associated with this company, unless she is a scamming money hungry thief like this company, if she isnt she should terminate her association with is company, if she doesnt she another scxxxag. This company is a 2 prong scam. The first is they get you to reveal a lot of your personal information with a slick website that hides prices until the end. Only then do you get hit with the insane monthly membership fees ( approx $75 to $145 per month) that you must pay before you even see the cost of meds. Any company hiding set prices before you pay for something is shady as hell. I stopped at giving them my credit card info as thats when there was no doubt in my mind that its a scam company. The actual company name is Roman Health Ventures Inc 625 Sixth Ave Fourth Floor New York, NY 10011 Companies like this dont care about the BBB as they have a B with the bbb with 619 complaints if you look up the business name using the 10011 zip code. There may be more in each state. If you write to them via email you will get a generic response saying Michelle Guzman should have already emailed you back that your complaint has been corrected. Dont look to hard for the email as it never comes. This company is a scam. Full of bait and switch, hidden charges and fees and in reality is just a shiny turd. I am not done with them. If they do not reply to my numerous emails by the deadline I set, with the issue resolved completely I will be most likely filing a lawsuit in State court if not Federally. This is the only real consequences they fear. The second prong is the price gouging that isnt clear at all and the impossible cancellation and refund nonsense. In my personal opinion, if you made a purchase and did not receive what you paid for, where promised, at the price you were told or any violation of the FEDERAL FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT I suggest you file a dispute with your credit card company immediately and keep all your records. These companies also hate out of State litigation as they have to pay for representation for civil matters in that state. So if you feel you have grounds you may want to file a small claims suit also. SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION - I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY- BUT I HAVE GONE TO LITIGATION AGAINST SEVERAL MAJOR COMPANIES THAT WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS AND REFUSED TO RESPOND TO CONCERNS WHEN I WAS A VICTIM OF THERE CIVIL TORTS.

The medicine is great. It did exactly what I needed it to. They however use deceptive marketing to charge you a low signup fee, then an additional $100s/month in mandatory 'healthcare advice' fees to purchase the medicine. Then when they raise the prices, they refuse to refund you. DO NOT SIGN UP unless you are aware of having to double pay for your medicine. There are cheaper/more trustworthy services out there than Ro.
