I have paid $39 for the first month and then Ro charged me another $149 which I hope is not for the first same month Have not received any meds yet

Ro kept sending me the same questions over and over again multiple times.

I found the ease of the step by step process and any questions you might have they were right there to answer them very convenient.

Confusing process. Memberships and medication being billed separately is a pain. One thing says one month free, then another bills immediately. It should be made clear at exactly what point you will be billed.

It is horrible, you can’t get an operator to ask a simple question, I am canceling my account immediately.

The process was easy. After answering all the questions my prescription was ready and sent to the pharmacy for processing in less than 18 hours from the time I began the process. I look forward to receiving my first set of medication and seeing how well I adjust and lose weight.

It was quick but thorough, I am happy to begin this journey. The service is great. The price is a bit much med costs and an expensive membership cost monthly.
