So far my experience had been great with Ro. Great customer service.

Much easier than expected and an even faster turn around to receive my first dose!

The verbiage used when you sign up is kind of misleading! I signed up and paid the $39 and it stated that monthly I would have to pay is $149…you took my $39 than say well you need to pay $149 now. Of course the $39 is non refundable. As a first time customer, this was not a good experience at all

So far a very good experience. Just hoping my insurance pays for some of it. Overall very positive and quick and easy replies. Everyone is super nice too!

Everything is easy to use and excellently explained. The medication arrived on schedule. Do t worry, about I je ting. It’s easy and not painful at all.7/31/2026
