I signed up with ro because of my daughter. She went through the process and she reached her goal. She encouraged me to sign up because I needed help from the right people. My experience has been great. Follow the steps and they are here for you.

Im sorry... but i was miss led to believe that i was going to get my first months dose for $39, then $299 there after... The $39 is to start your membership with Ro... Then they tried to take out $299 for the meds... After the first month, the membership fee goes up to $149 and then you also pay for the medication ($299) monthly.... At the beginning, the info i was given was that if i wasnt satisfied, my membership fee would be refunded... Im not satisfied, but now my membership fee is nonrefundable??

We strive to be transparent about our pricing, including membership and medication costs, and we're sorry if the pricing structure was confusing. Helped me through every step of the process. However, I was a little confused about the charges. I did not realize I would be paying a membership fee in addition to the medication every month. I would have liked that to have been more clearly stated from the beginning.

I was really nervous about starting on a GLP1 but Ro made it easy to understand and start the process. I have not been feeling like myself lately and many of my friends have had success with Ro so I thought, "why not!" Now I'm about ready to begin my own weight loss journey. Ro even provided a doctor to make sure that Ro would be right for me. I can't wait for this new chapter in my life. Let the weight loss journey begin!

Like most men my age that work 65 hrs a week just always tired and never ready at the right time. Your medicine helped me a lot I was suprised. I took the the other brand and it had no effect but your product is great. The only thing I would change is the hardness of the pill. Make it dissolve quicker. I would have to say I never write reviews but your product did the trick and the price is nice too Thank you

Hi there, We truly apologize for any confusion regarding our billing structure. The Body membership begins with a $39 fee for your initial consultation. If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $149/month for the Body Program subscription. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. We do also offer Prepay & Save options for both medication and the membership. We aim to offer transparent pricing, and this can all be found on our website here: ro.co/weight-loss/pricing Please reach out to [email protected] for any additional assistance if there is anything we can do to help.
