The pricing was dishonest.
I feel the pricing was dishonest… advertising that the options are $150 - $200, but having that be a temporary price that goes up to $300+ after two months is misleading. HOWEVER. i will say it’s legitimate, i chose the wegovy pill, and i got approved in a day and it will be shipped to me in less than a week. The timing is accurate, the price is not.

Very disappointed that your adds…
Very disappointed that your adds totally make it sound like Zepbound is cheaper through you, however it’s more expensive than Lily!! I have switched medications due to cost but I’m going to find a better company. This is very deceptive.

Ro pricing is deceiving
Ro pricing is deceiving. Advertised as low as $99 per month then upon enrollment it was stated it would cost $130 per month and now I am paying $169 for the meds + $89 per for a required membership, which I thought included the meds for a total of $258 per month. I went with Ro because of the reviews and supposedly a good company. But their pricing is deceptive. Why does Ro not have phone #s available?

Hi Robert! I'm so sorry for any confusion related to our pricing. There are 2 separate payments: 1. Ro Body Program which gives you access to licensed providers, RN coaches and ongoing care 2. Medication fee: this varies depending on the medication, dose and preferred payment method. Overall Excellent Experience So Far
First, it was very easy to get started. The online counseling and medical history revoiew was super easy and quick. Second, the updates on status, knowing when I was approved for treatment, what stage my prescription was at, and updates on shipping and affordability of the treatment when my insurance doesn't cover it. Overall an excellent experience.
