I canceled my order and so I never recieved any product. They still charged nearly $300 membership fee and would not refund. Also, the order that I canceled, they kept re-attempting to collect from my account even after I canceled.

Communication via text very prompt. The email i first received stated i would pay $39.00 first month and $99.00. But the email i received shows a higher payment? I believe I might have been deceived!

Service and responses were great but the Zepbound was the same price as I could get at the pharmacy without a membership fee. It's a better deal just to go to my pharmacy.

When becoming a member with Ro, in addition to receiving treatment once approved, you will also receive exclusive benefits that include but are not limited to: the initial provider review of your visit, consultation if you choose, a monthly weight-loss curriculum focused on treatment adherence, nutrition, and exercise, monthly check-ins with your Ro-affiliated provider, and 1:1 support from your Ro coach. We understand that cost is an important factor when choosing treatment, and while our membership offers additional support beyond medication alone, we recognize that every patient’s needs and priorities are different.
