I decided not to go with Ro and the calls will NOT stop. They are harassing me every day and calling non-stop! I have asked them to stop calling and to "take me off their list". I blocked their calls/numbers and then of course they just call from a different number. Its getting ridiculous and I'm getting seriously pissed. I would never go with this company knowing that they can't handle being told NO! I have heard that their customer service is terrible and if they treat potential customers like this, and try to bully them?! Beware. *Edit* I have been contacted to give this company my phone number so they can reach me directly and address issue. Why would I ever give my phone number to them again! Thats the point of this review. They also stated that if I don't, my review will be taken down bc it may not be genuine. What a joke!

Easy to use!

Ro has many positive responses/reviews while other companies are not interested. Their service was quick. Everything was approved within 24 hours.

I feel tricked! They charge you for their "membership" which does NOT include the medication, and that is the issue I was having in the first place! My doctor wants me on it, but insurance won't cover it, so I have to pay out of pocket, and these idiots think I have extra money for their stupid MEMBERSHIP?!? And they didn't explain that I'd be spending even MORE money with them until I had already paid them $39. Don't waste your money or your time.

I love that your company offers and prescribes GLP-1 meds! I was very happy with the quick response and the help I've received! I'm excited to begin this weight loss journey. Thank you! 😁

I like how quick the process is going and the communication

The system would not let me choose the amount or mg. Gave me the most expensive and I wanted the lowest to start. Tried troubleshooting with no results. Customer service just questions on web page that keeps redirecting you to same pages with no help. The quickest part was when I said OK to see if it would move forward to potentially talk with someone and the payment was pulled within three seconds and email sent thanking me for my payment. Wanted the $149, forced to take the $299. Starting to think it is all a racket for the money only!
