Ro packs your medication in a closed styrofoam box that has frozen gel packs on the bottom and top inside the container. Your medication arrives cold, stays cold, and that’s insanely important to me. I’ve had medications ruined by the 120°+ heat in Arizona due to the lazy and idiotic packing methods of other companies. I’d give them 5 stars based purely on the cold chain delivery system giving me peace of mind. The only reason I drop to 4 stars is because of the $149 membership cost.

easy to follow directions

There was a lot of back-and-forth a lot of duplicate things I kept reading over and over got very confusing. I didn’t know what I had answered and what I didn’t answer whether they got my proper medication list my picture my drivers license was a lot.

Fast acting, long lasting, ease of use

The process is deceptive. Couldn't see the price until you pay for a membership. Cost after membership and prescription was the same cost as my pharmacy I immediately cancel. They stop the prescription order but would not refund the membership fee but "good news" I have access membership I will use for one month.

Answered all the questions and went for insurance and you cannot figure out I’m on Medicare. Please refund my 39.00 and I can forget this whole bad experience
