Very easy and smooth

No communication, difference in price advertised, different dose than I wanted...... what else do you need to know? I've tried many many times to get inctouch, but you are just a bot. Very upsetting to know you can do this to people!!!!!!!

After much delay and frustration with my insurance denying my doctor's prescription for Foundayo, and a pharmacy that didn't have a cash option, I decided to contact Ro for a prescription. The series of questions asked were straight forward. The whole process, including some follow up questions about medications, took only a few hours total. The additional cost compared to insurance is reasonable, and I will get the pills in about a week or two.

Ro has been awesome so far! Their communication has been great right from the get go!

So far, the process to qualify and obtain the product appears to be easy. Will be anxious to see how quickly I get my product, how the results will be and how reliable the company responds with any help needed.
