ritchewatchbands.comReviews of ritchewatchbands.com

I was not aware this would be shipped directly from China. I'm trying to stay away from Chinese goods and it's hard with such an American looking web site.

Great service, prompt and excellent product quality. Its a shame the band does not fit my thick wrists.

Arrived on time and great quality as expected

I purchased two watch bands for two different watches. The size needed was 24mm. I received the bands in less than two weeks which is acceptable. However, the bands were both 22mm and don't fit my watches. I sent correspondence to the email listed on my receipt asking for a return address to send back the bands in exchange for 24mm size. I have yet to get a response. I found an address in Dallas TX for Barton Watch Bands and I will be mailing out my watch bands with a request for the correct size. If this doesn't work, I will ask Pay Pal for a refund or some equitable resolution.

Overall it fits well but I ordered an alegator leather wrist band and it just lacks the alegator look to it. Looks more like smooth leather .

Like the color scheme but not rough looking. Ooh well it will do. Thanks

Easily found the watchband that I wanted and ordering it was easily done. The new band arrived in the expected time frame. I like the ease of installing the new bad also.

I never received the watchbands. Will someone please address this issue ASAP PLEASE.
