You cancelled the order

This is the second watch band I have purchased. The first one,20mm was to big. I had to trim the leather and use the pins off of the ole band. This sailcloth band iordered 19 mm. I jordered a different watch band from another company. It fits great the first time. I also didn’t have to wait on long shipping delays from china.

Never received a shipping update and never got the product

order didnt even arrive yet and youre asking me to rate it. Delivery is said to arrive in 7 days and now its the 3rd week from when I have made the order, which I dont even see arriving in the next 1 or 2 weeks. Apsurd dropshipping quality

It's a good product but the customer service and shipping was horrible. It was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone in order to address shipping issues and neither of my orders ever changed from Unfulfilled status. I never recieved an email confirming that they had been shipped, or an email with any tracking information. Absolutely nothing except the initial order confirmation. I've never seen such a horribly disorganized business based on modern standards.

Credit card was billed but Ritche never delivered the watch band. It was #ORDER #11691. Ritche is non responsive when you try to contact them. Of interest is Ritche states on their delivery notice that if you did not recieve the watch band contact them and they never respond. Ordered on 3/14/2026 and Ritche sent and email stating it was delivered on 3/31/2026. Strongly recommend not placing any ordres with this company unless you like loosing money.
