greetings. the website and navigation was good. the email when my ordered was completed was good. then nothing, no other emails, no tracking number, no the order was shipped, absolutely nothing. coupled with sending messages online on the supposed live chat and sending emails, and nothing. then it just pops up at my door with no notice, nothing. just not good customer service.

Shipping is terrible. I reached out to Ritcie with an email to see what the holdup was and 5 days later still no responce or answer. Bad business.

Ordered 3 straps. Stitching on the 18mm leather band is falling out, so tossed those. 18mm plastic straps pin on buckle clasp fall out. I have numerous pins so that was an easy fix. Tried these as an alternative to Barton, which has been my go to for years.

I never received an email confirming that order had been processed and would be shipped so I could not track my order. I never received a response to my email to your company asking about the process and when I would receive confirmation of shipment. There was no ability to track on your website my purchase by the order number I received when I placed the order. Finally, there was no phone number for your company for me ti call to find out what was going on with my order. I thought I had been the victim of a scam. So, Last week I called American Express to dispute the charge. The dispute was scheduled to happen this week. Then, a few days ago I suddenly received the watch bands. I am happy with the bands, but quite unhappy with your processes and company. So, I do not intend to order any other watch bands from Ritchie, nor would I recommend your company to any of my family, friends or associates in the watch community.

The quality of the band is not impressive for the price. Slow shipping from China

I ordered a watch band because I needed it and it took 12 or 13 days to receive it and communication with tracking and everything was very difficult however the watch band is lovely thank you!
