I ordered a very specific watch strap…
I ordered a very specific watch strap and when I first placed the order it was in stock according to the website. After a few days I received an email saying that the watch strap was not available and for me to pick a different one. I have been scouring the internet for this specific strap and was excited to have finally found it. With technology today I'm sure it was known that the strap was not available as their website claimed it to be. I did get a full refund, just don't like the way it was originally handled.

Sorry for the issue.We will update the stock so customers will be more clear. I have checked the local warehouse and the amazon warehouse and made sure the one you purchased was not available.So we had to give you a fully refund.I don't know which brand you purchased.I am sure the one you bought is not from Ritche watch bands.I am happy you finally found one you desire.Thank you.
