I ordered an open end lug orange band, however I received a closed end straight band. I customized the band you sent me to make it fit. I would like to order a new band as displayed on the website, but I am not confident you would send the one I ordered.

Product is the best. The logistics is a problem: China to USA.

Delivery was a full two weeks after the order date. That's a little long these days, in my opinion. The watch straps are also 1/4" shorter than what's generally available. The sizing images are deceptive; the strap left after the buckle is much smaller than what's shown. If you're closer to the 8" wrist size, it won't wear very well.

My order was cancelled, but I received a full refund. I was just sad that I couldn't buy the products.

I was not sure about how to measure the lug width and end up making a second purchase and hoping it is correct.

From ordering and paying for a product until receipt is far too long. I'm at two weeks for delivery and still have not received my order. Previous strap orders cam in a ti.ely manner but I have found the colors fade very quickly with regular wearing. I'm unlikely to order again for these reasons.

I still haven't received my order. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew it was being sent to me from overseas.

Buckle is attached to belt by spring bar. If you try to make more tight the spring bar sometimes fells of the buckle.
