GenimorugsReviews of genimorugs.com

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for a rug that never arrived, and despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue was not resolved in a satisfactory manner. Communication was poor, and I was left chasing updates instead of receiving proactive assistance. When you spend your money with a company, you expect them to deliver the product you ordered or at least provide timely and transparent support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

I love the elegant design and soft feel of the GENIMO washable rug! It adds a cozy touch to my living room, and I love how easy it is to clean. The spill-resistant feature and non-slip backing make it practical for everyday family life, especially with kids. Beautiful and functional!

Transform your room with timeless grace, ✨ A touch of luxury in your space. So soft to feel, so clean to stay, Just wipe any spill right away! 🤍

Perfect! Thank you!😊

I’m really pleased with my purchase! The pattern and delicate colours add a special touch of cosiness and style to the room. The rug is good quality, holds its shape well and is easy to clean.

This is not the rug I ordered

The shipping is so slow. Pretty annoyed so far.

There are definite lines in rug that didn't print. This white line doesn't come out with vacuuming or scrubbing! Please send new one or i will dispute charges. This is the second time you messed up my order... Kathy
