UPDATED REVIEW: (my first review) - I still don’t have my watch bands and you’re asking me for a review? No updates on the status of my order, no shipping information, nothing. I’m a little disappointed. Please advise. UPDATED REVIEW: I received my watch straps today (4/14/26). They are of the highest quality and very well priced. I changed my review from one star to four, taking off a star out of five as I am still disappointed with the lengthy delay in shipping and the fact that I did not get a response from Ritchie. But all that being said, I am very pleased with these watch straps and highly recommend them. Shop Ritchey for a good deal, pick the straps you want, be patient, and it will be with the wait.

Took a long time to receive, was beginning to wonder if I would ever get them. But quality appears to be great, and packaging was phenomenal! Will buy again - just won’t be in a hurry! 😁

I like your watch bands, including specifically their fabric material, and their easy-to-use spring-pin engagement levers. However, to make these bands truly terrific, I have a 'Human Factors' suggestion: * There are two band-strap loops that hold the excess length of the band in place once buckled. This is good - HOWEVER, the location of the first band-strap loop (the one closest to the buckle) is way, WAY too close to the buckle; you really cannot physically bend and loop the extended band into this first loop. SOLUTION: move this first loop another 9mm or 10mm (3/8") farther away from the buckle. Such a design change would make this first loop actually useable. (Such an easy change, but one that would make people use your bands for the rest of their lives!)

Nice watch and, good leather, a little stiff and difficult to buckle. Good customer service.

The quality of the product is incredible, especially for the price. The problem was with communication and shipping. They did not send out a shipping notification, I reached out on socials media they took forever to respond. I get the feeling it's a small operation. They offered me 50% off my next order for the trouble. I do recommend

After I placed an order, no shipping information and no product. After couple of tries to contact the company (e-mail and company's web page) no response was recieved. Had to open case through my Credit Card. I received merchandise in the end. One suggestion to the seller: please inform customers about holidays or any other events that will delay shipping!
