Great material. Silicone band, is the right thickness (not thin like most other brands), and smooth while putting on or taking off.

Straps look and feel solid, you can easily put them on high end watches and they appear premium but for a very affordable price!

I ordered 3 20mm. The first pack I ordered is an 18. I compared the bands and the next one looked larger, so I opened it, and it was a 20. Unfortunately, my Frederique Constant appears to be 21mm. When I attempt to log in to your site it says you don't recognize my email address as having an account so I can't even process a return order. I need help.

The watch band was received just as I ordered. I have not had any issues ordering from richewatchbands.com, or their products. This was not the first watchband I purchased from them.
