Good watch bands. But need to keep up your offer promise. When I order my 2 leather bands, supposedly the promotion was buy 2 get one FREE but I don’t received the 3rd band I choose.

Shipping was and quick. Also appricate the free nylon band which is why i ordered on Feb 10th.

Your company only had one of three items that I ordered. I was told that the items would not be available at any time.

Product broke almost immediately. After going in circles with the service person confirming the item, then my address to send me a new one, I never received a final confirmation. Write to them several times after with no response, and never received a replacement or a refund.

Service was great. There was an issue in regards to Lunar New years (Chinese new year) delays. Was unaware due to site and social media not noting any type of delays that may come due to holidays. However I was able to look past that. I was contacted through all sources. I was also properly taken care of.

IMPOSSABLE to go ZERO STARS on this rating system or I would. took then a week to NOT SHIP MY ORDER ! ! !

Previously I bought their product from Amazon and everything was fine. Ordered 10 days ago on their website, and have not heard anything from them since. Update: Two weeks after ordering it's finally on it's way.
