Shipping was fast from halfway across the planet. Straps are high quality and priced way less than competitors products. I've contacted their customer service twice for minor issues and they've always gone beyond what you would expect.

I got my order in good condition, relatively fast and with shipment tracking. The strap quality is good for the price as well, so I really have no complaints at this point.
