Instead of the watch strap I got a refund without any further explanation.

I ordered some watch straps a few weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I bought them for my husband for his birthday, but they won't be here in time 😞

Made a purchase on 30 of Abril. I don’t know today where my order is. Very late or no response from customer service. It costed me 40$ to stop dealing with such scam!

Buckle is attached to belt by spring bar. If you try to make more tight the spring bar sometimes fells of the buckle.

I decided to order another Ritchie band because the previous one had held up well. I couldn’t pass up the “buy 2 - get 1 free” offer. Very pleased with the black nylon and olive green canvas bands I ordered. Changing bands brings a new look and to an old watch, so it’s like I have 2 new watches.

Great product, but I only received part of my order.

Did not receive my sailcloth watchband that was ordered as 1 of 3
